About Us

About Us
FixNow was created with one simple goal in mind: to make everyday life easier for people in
Cyprus. In today’s fast-paced world, finding reliable help for home repairs and maintenance
can be a challenge. We wanted to change that. FixNow connects customers with trusted,
skilled professionals across a wide range of household services. Whether it is a leaky faucet,
electrical repair, household cleaning, or even general handyman work, FixNow makes it
easier than ever to book trusted professionals who can deliver quality service right at your
doorstep.

Our Story
The idea for FixNow came from an everyday reality: the challenge of managing home
services in Cyprus without losing valuable time or peace of mind. We noticed that people
often had to rely on word of mouth or spend hours searching for the right professional, only
to face uncertainty about reliability or costs. We wanted to change that by creating a platform
that puts convenience first. FixNow is not just a service directory; it is a solution built to
simplify daily life. By providing a place where trustworthy service providers are only a few
clicks away, we allow people to focus on what matters most, knowing their household needs
are taken care of.

Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to bring trust, speed, and efficiency into the world of home services.
FixNow is committed to making sure that every interaction between customer and service
provider is seamless and stress-free. We want our users to feel confident that when they
book through us, they are choosing someone reliable, skilled, and professional. We believe
in setting high standards not only for the services offered but also for the overall experience.
From easy booking to timely communication and transparent pricing, every part of FixNow is
built with the customer in mind.

Our Commitment to the Community
We are proud to serve households across Cyprus and to be a part of the community we live
and work in. FixNow is more than just a platform, it is a growing network that connects
people and builds trust between customers and local professionals. By working closely with
experienced service providers, we also create opportunities for skilled workers to reach new
customers and grow their businesses. This way, FixNow adds value both to individuals
looking for reliable help and to professionals seeking meaningful work.

Why Choose FixNow
Our focus on quality, convenience, and customer satisfaction sets us apart. We take pride in
knowing that when someone uses FixNow, they are not just booking a handyman or repair
service; they are investing in reliability, safety, and ease. Our vision is to become the go-to
platform for every household in Cyprus whenever there is a need for trusted help at home.
Whether it’s a small fix or a larger project, FixNow is here to make the process effortless and
reassuring.

Looking Ahead
As we continue to grow, our goal is to expand our network and strengthen the level of trust
that customers place in us. We are open to feedback and looking for ways to improve the
experience we offer. For us, this is not just about connecting people with services; it is about
building long-term relationships based on reliability and care.
